You’ll spend the day taking a leisurely cycle through the world-famous winemaking regions of Paarl, Stellenbosch, and Franschhoek, past lilac-blue mountains, sparkling rivers and dams and historical Cape Dutch architecture and sprawling estates dotted with age-old oak trees. We will stop in to several wine estates along the way to enjoy a tasting of the area’s acclaimed red and white wines, and enjoy a delicious lunch (optional) in Franschhoek, regarded as one of the country’s culinary capitals.
